Neuaviska D. Braugher

Alderman Braugher is on her first term on the Board of Alderman/Vice Mayor of Shelby, Mississippi. She graduated from John F. Kennedy in Mound Bayou, Mississippi in 1976. She later attended Mississippi Delta Community College where she graduated in 1986 with LPN. Then from Baptist School Health in Little Rock, Arkansas with a degree in Registered Nursing. She graduated with a BA degree in Communication Specialist from Mississippi Valley State. She has six (6) daughters and twelve (12) grandchildren. She presently works at Delta Health Center in Mound Bayou, Mississippi. 

Bobbie Reed

Alderman Reed is a graduate of Broad Street High School. She attended Rust College and graduated from Mississippi Delta Community College School of Nursing with an Associate Degree in Nursing. She worked at Bolivar Medical Center for forty-eight years as a RN. Bobbie Reed served eleven years on the North Bolivar School Board, and is currently serving her second term on Shelby Board of Alderman. She and her husband started the successful family-owned business, Reed's Fine Foods which is located in Shelby, Mississippi.

Fredarian D. Flowers

Alderman Flowers is a graduate from Cleveland High School in 2016. He later went on to attend Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi where he majored in Biology Medical Sciences. He graduated with a Bachelor's in Biology Medical Sciences and soon saw a desire in politics. Flowers is currently serving his first term on the Board of Alderman in Shelby, teaching History , and coaching football at Cleveland Central High School in Cleveland, Mississippi. He is the youngest alderman in the history of Shelby, Mississippi being twenty-three (23) years of age at the time.

Kermit Stanton

Alderman Stanton has served a long career in city politics. He has also served as mayor in the past.

Harold Billings

Alderman Billings has served numerous terms on the Board of Alderman.
